Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Wherever you are, we’ll do our best to get your order to you. Shipping times and options may vary depending on your location.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders are shipped from Canada, and delivery times will vary depending on your location and local customs. Standard shipping typically takes 5–12 business days for most major destinations. If you’re in a country where delivery may take longer, we recommend selecting Priority or Express Shipping at checkout for faster service—Express usually arrives within 3–7 business days. For orders over $250, we offer a free Express Shipping upgrade (a $30 value). If your order is nearing or has exceeded the estimated delivery window, please reach out via our help form and we’ll be happy to assist you.
How do I care for my ring?
To care for your moissanite ring, gently clean it with a soft cloth and mild soap in warm water. Avoid harsh chemicals, and remove your ring before using cleaning products, swimming in pools, or applying lotions and perfumes. When not wearing your ring, store it in a pouch or box to prevent scratches, and keep it away from direct sunlight, especially if it’s gold-plated. Lastly, remove your ring before engaging in physical activities to protect both the stone and band.
