Return & Cancellation Policy
At Illume Jewelry Co, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Unworn or unused

With original tags and packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at hello@illumejewelryco.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Cancellations
We accept cancellations within the following timeframes:

Custom or personalized orders: Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.

All other orders: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
To request a cancellation, email hello@illumejewelryco.com with your order number. If your order has already shipped, it may need to follow our standard return process.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out to us right away so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:

Items marked as “Final Sale”
We do not accept returns on worn or used items. If you have any questions about whether your item is eligible, feel free to get in touch.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item once it’s approved, and place a new order for the preferred item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
